Years licesnced? Ive been licensed since May 2, 2007 (But been cutting for longer since my college days).

Perspective on being a barber/hair artist? My perspective is simple I have blessed hands and I enjoy interacting with good people of all types and ages. I could draw halfway decent as a child and didn’t know till a bit later in my life I’d use this skill and incorporate it with the art of being a barber. Not only am I able to affect peoples lives for the better, I feel we have the power to make people smile and brighten someone’s day on a consistent basis. I think that’s really cool.

Experience: After Barber College (John Wesley, Long Beach) I was recruited by one of my mentors to cut at Platinum Styles in Carson. After around 6 years, I had the opportunity to take over a shop for another one of my mentors. I sat and thought about what a shop should be like and what I wanted to offer our clientele. The Galaxy was born August 2013.

Favorite Style? My favorite styles now a days are cuts with color and fades with scribble design parts somewhere in the cut.
